To reserve the Community Building for your event, please reach out to the Village Office, contact info can be found here.

A daily rental costs $175 and requires a deposit of $250. We prefer two separate checks to hold your rental so when your event is done and the space has been left clean and how you found it, we can return the deposit check to you.

Aerial Map of Nehawka Nebraska

Nehawka is a small village located in Cass County in Southeast Nebraska. Settlement began with a sawmill in 1855 along Weeping Water Creek and the village was platted in 1887 when the Missouri Pacific Railroad was extended to the area. Nehawka was regionally known for its limestone quarries, apple orchards, and manufacture of concrete mixers. Today, Nehawka consists of a Post Office, First State Bank, the Nehawka Angels Post 157 Legion Baseball Field, Frontier Cooperative, our local playground, and about 200 residents.
